IMDb Title Generator
The IMDb Title Page Generator recreates the top of an imdb.com title page as it looks on a phone in 2026: the black nav with the yellow IMDb logo, Sign in and Use app, the All topics or Episode guide row, the 28px title with its "2026 · R · 2h 14m" line, a full-width trailer still with the black "Play trailer with sound" band, the Videos and Photos pills, the poster with its watchlist ribbon, outlined genre chips, the plot, the ★ 8.4/10 rating with Rate and popularity, the Director, Writers and Stars rows, the yellow Add to Watchlist button and the reviews row with a coloured Metascore. It uses the same Roboto files and colours as IMDb, and the page backdrop is a blur of your own poster. Make a movie, a TV series or a mini series, then export a sharp PNG. Everything runs in your browser.
17 / 80 characters — Roboto 28px, wraps freely like IMDb.
Runtime reads 2h 14m, or 1h / 52m when one unit is zero. Empty fields are hidden.

Posters crop to 27:40. The blurred page backdrop is generated from the poster automatically.

IMDb caps the pill counts at 99+. Like the live page, the reaction count wraps under the thumb and is cut by the caption band.
Chips that don't fit are hard-cut behind IMDb's › arrow box.
161 / 400 characters — IMDb shows up to 190 characters in full.
Phones show the unlabeled row. The IMDb RATING / YOUR RATING / POPULARITY labels only appear on desktop.
Always shows one decimal (9 → 9.0). Leave the rating empty for an unreleased title.
Ranks get thousands commas (1266 → 1,266). Leave the rank empty to hide popularity.
Labels pluralise on their own. Names drop under the label when they don't fit on one line, as on IMDb.
Metascore turns green above 60, amber from 40 to 60 and red below 40. Leave it empty (most TV) for the single-line row.
IMDb's title hero is always dark. Light is an alternative look built from IMDb's light-page colours.
IMDb Title Generator features
Matched to the live page
Spacing, colours and icons come from IMDb's own CSS and markup. The page uses IMDb's Roboto files, in which the 500 and 600 weights are both Roboto Bold, so labels such as Director and Rate have the same weight as on the real site.
Movie, TV series and mini series
Movies show All topics and Director, Writers and Stars. TV pages show "Episode guide 42 ›", a "TV Series · 2019–2024" or "TV Mini Series" line and Creator rows, as IMDb does.
IMDb's own number rules
The rating always has one decimal (9 → 9.0) and popularity ranks get commas (1,266). Plots over 190 characters are cut with "... Read all". The Metascore is green above 60, amber from 40 to 60 and red below 40.
Every state you need
Popularity can go up, down or stay level. You can rate the title (★ 8/10), mark it as In Watchlist with a yellow ribbon, add a streaming or rent/buy box, show the IMDbPro link, or use the labeled IMDb RATING / YOUR RATING / POPULARITY block.
Your own poster and trailer still
Crop a poster to IMDb's 27:40 shape and a trailer still to 16:9. The blurred page backdrop is made from the poster automatically, and plain photos can get a poster-style title treatment.
High-resolution PNG export
The page renders in your browser at a high pixel ratio and downloads as a crisp PNG for thumbnails, slides and story graphics.

- 4
Finish and export
Set the watchlist count, reviews and Metascore, toggle the streaming box or IMDbPro row, choose dark or light, then export a high-resolution PNG.

Frequently asked questions
Is the IMDb Title Page Generator free?
Yes. It is completely free with no login, no account and no export limits. A Pro option removes the watermark and doubles the export resolution.
Is it legal to make a fake IMDb page?
Clearly fictional mockups are fine for film projects, pitch decks, memes, design work and teaching. Never use one to pass off a fake rating as real, to mislead people about a real film or person, or to impersonate IMDb, and respect IMDb's trademarks.
How does IMDb format the rating and vote count?
The rating always shows one decimal, so 9 becomes 9.0, followed by a small /10. Votes use short forms such as 1.2M or 312K. Popularity ranks are plain numbers with commas, like 1,266, with a green up arrow, a red down arrow or a grey level arrow.
Why does the plot end with "Read all"?
On phones IMDb shows plots of up to 190 characters in full. Longer plots are cut at exactly 190 characters, even in the middle of a word, followed by "..." and a blue Read all link. The generator does the same, and you can turn this off.
Does IMDb have a light mode title page?
No. The top of an IMDb title page is always dark, even when your phone is in light mode. Dark is the default here. The light option is an alternative look made from IMDb's light-page colours, for slides and print.
Can I show the IMDb RATING and POPULARITY labels?
Yes. Choose the labeled rating style. On the real site those labels only appear on desktop screens, so the phone-style row without labels is the default.
